Are you feeling disconnected from your body, your heart and your inner voice?
Maybe you find it hard to slow down, relax and listen to yourself and always seem to be striving for future goals and responding to need to's, should do's and have to's?
Is there a part of you craving more stillness and support?
Would you love to live more from your heart, be able to hear your inner voice and discover new ways to support yourself with self-care and self-love practices ?
If your answer is yes then Slow Down + Tune In has been created for you.
This workshop will gently guide you back into connection with yourself so you can find peace and calmness, hear your inner guidance and tap into your heart's desires.
You will learn practical and powerful ways to break free of fear, fill yourself up from within and create a life guided by love.
Why I created this event;
In the busy lives that we lead, we are always being pulled outwards.
Our lives are full of doing, taking action and achievement. We have commitments, to do list's and obligations, and it is easy to get lost in this world and lose touch with ourselves and what we truly desire.
We know we 'should' take time to rest, to meditate, to practise self-care and journal but sometimes it is impossible to switch off. Or we have to deal with a critical voice in our head telling us we are being lazy or unproductive.
So we end up living ruled by fear - fear of not meeting deadlines, fear of falling behind, fear of missing out, fear of not doing enough, fear of not getting where we want to be, etc.. (I could go on).
In our attempt to keep up with everything our lives ask of us, we lose connection with ourselves - with our heart's deepest desires and our loving inner guidance.
We feel that if we could only get everything in our life under control, we could finally relax... but that day never seems to arrive.
So we chase, and work, and strive and do more... But all that happens is we we move further and further away from ourselves and what makes us truly happy and fulfilled.
I created Slow Down + Tune In to provide you with the space, guidance and opportunity to take some time out for yourself and learn practical ways that you can support yourself to find peace and balance.
I want to give you the tools to re-connect with yourself, practise self-care and self-love and listen to the inner guidance that is available to you at all times.
My intention is to guide and support you on the empowering journey of tuning inwards so you can build a loving relationship with yourself and feel supported, fulfilled and calm.
