Embodied is a 4 week journey that will teach you how to come out of your head, regulate your nervous system and reinhabit your body so you can unravel from stress, anxiety and numbness and become a grounded, nourished and embodied woman.

Embodied will help you lay the foundation of your embodiment, so no matter what is happening in your life or how busy you are, you have the tools and practices you need to support yourself, return to your body and give yourself what you need.

Meet Your Mentor

Connie Chapman is a Certified Women’s Life Coach, Feminine Embodiment Mentor, trauma-informed practitioner and host of Awaken Radio.

For the past 12 years, through her 1:1 Coaching, Group Programs and Online Courses, she has supported thousands of women on the path of embodied healing and personal empowerment.

After spending the start of her career in the space of transformational coaching, mindset work, it was when Connie discovered embodiment work, subconscious reprogramming and somatic healing that everything changed.

She began to see the unique approach that was required to support women on the path of healing. She recognised that traditional mindset work, talk therapy and coaching modalities, simply didn’t work for the feminine nervous system and body.

Women needed a deeply embodied approach, one that got then out of their heads, into their heart and supported them to feel and process their traumas and emotions.

As she began guiding women into their bodies, she began seeing radical changes in her clients. Women’s radiance, magnetism and power awakened. They felt more confident, alive, free and expressed. And they were able to liberate themselves from years of pain, stuckness and wounding.
