WELCOME TO MODULE ONE
In this module, you will learn how to calm your mind, find inner stillness and practise mindfulness principles so you can change your thoughts and live with more inner peace and presence.

These will be hosted in our Facebook community, and the recordings will be available on the members website to re-watch.
As you are working through the course material please submit any questions you would like covered on the calls. Email them to [email protected], or post them in the Facebook group. All questions will be kept anonymous.
If you cannot attend the call at the time it runs live, your question will still be answered and the video replay will be available in our Facebook group immediately after the call.

WEEK 2: BECOMING PRESENT & CREATING SPACE
In this class, we cover:
+ The power of presence and the importance of bringing your awareness into the here and now.
+ Why we avoid being in the moment and find this practice so difficult.
+ A simple, step by step process for dropping into the present.
+ 3 key patterns that commonly take you out of the moment and how these are playing out for you.
+ What it means to create and hold inner space.
+ How to create more space in your life, even if you are super busy.
+ Practices to live with more presence and mindfulness this week.

+ Mindfulness tools to help you break free from negative self-talk.
+ How to uncover your unsupportive inner stories and consciously create new ones.
+ My 3 step process called ‘Catch, Witness & Choose Again’ which will help you re-program your mind.
+ The power of inviting in love and shifting your inner stories and dialogue from fear to love.

+ Questions to help you see what shifts or changes you have made so far, so that you can acknowledge your progress.
+ The areas where you may be getting stuck, holding back or not showing up in the way you desire, and the changes you now want to make to help you move forward.
