Hi, I'm Connie.

I am a certified Life Coach, Writer, Speaker & Podcast Host, and for the past 7 years, I have been running a thriving international Life Coaching business.

I have built my business to a place where I now have a booked out coaching schedule (and waitlist), highly engaged online communities of thousands of beautiful souls, a top-ranking podcast series, and I have had my work and messages featured across leading magazines and publications around Australia and internationally.

I have spent the past 7 years following my heart, living my passion and doing work I love, and I throughout this time I have coached and mentored hundreds of soulful men & women to do the same.

But 8 years ago, things were very different...

I was not living my purpose or following my heart. Instead, I was living my life for others and doing what was expected of me so I could gain the approval of my parents and peers.

I was in a full-time job that I hated, and woke up every day with dread in my belly and a sinking feeling in my heart. I knew deep down that I was destined for more. I had so many dreams, and I deeply yearned to share my messages and light with the world.

But I was terrified. I struggled with crippling self-doubt and anxiety. I desperately wanted to create change but I had no idea where to begin, so I hid my true dreams and desires away inside of me. I just didn't feel good enough, smart enough or confident enough to make them a reality.

And then I started following my heart, and everything changed.

After years of struggling, I finally decided to ask for help. I hired a Life Coach and I began to dig deep and do the real inner work. I began to listen to my heart and what I truly wanted. I transformed my mindset, faced my fears, healed my wounds, learnt to love myself, and took baby steps forward.

I then started a blog and began sharing my writing with others. I built social media communities and began spreading my message further. I attended countless events and workshops to find my tribe of soul sisters.

I took a brave leap and invested in my Life Coach training, and started working with clients. Less than 12 months later, I resigned from my day job to step full time into running my own business, and I haven't looked back since.

So yes I know the head/heart battle well. I know what it feels like to have a dream, but to also feel totally unworthy and incapable of having it. I know pain of crippling self-doubt, of comparison and of feeling totally and utterly stuck.

But I also know how amazing it feels to finally get onto your true path. As I learnt how to connect with my heart, to value my gifts, to believe in myself, to be my own cheerleader, to take risks, and to listen to my intution, my life has transformed beyond my wildest dreams.

Every 2 weeks Connie will host a 60 minute Masterclass. In these video classes, Connie will walk you through the principles of turning your heart-driven dream into a reality. No this is not a business mastermind, and you do not need a business to join. This mastermind is about following your heart in whatever shape or form that takes. This is about honouring the desires that have been within your heart and taking the steps to bring them to life. That may in turn lead you into business, or it may moreso be about you expressing your passions, creativity, messages or ideas through a passion project on the side.

I WANT TO EXPLORE MY PASSION, BUT IM NOT SURE I WANT IT TO BECOME A FULL TIME BUSINESS. IS THAT OK?

Of course. All of our paths will look different and I will be guiding you to deeply listen to yourself. You may want to continue in your job, but simply express your passions or creativity outside of work.

Or you may want to transition to a different role, or a part-time role to make more space for your heart-driven dream. There will be absolutely no pressure to make that transition or change your working situation unless it truly feels right for you.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT REQUIRE?

The coursework commitments include;

- A 60 minute Video Masterclass is released every 2 weeks.
- PDF workbooks & worksheets which accompany the Masterclass.
- A 60 minute Live Group Coaching Call once a month.
- A Facebook community which I suggest interacting in at least once a week.

Then on top of this, the amount of time you dedicate to applying the principles to manifesting your dream is up to you. The more energy you can dedicate to your dream, the faster it will materialise.

However, I am mindful people may be entering this program with big commitments such as a full time job or a family. So you can work this program around you, and you will be able to revisit the material any time you need.

HOW MUCH SUPPORT DO I RECEIVE FROM YOU THROUGH THE PROGRAM?

There will only be 10 members in the program to ensure everyone receives personalised support. I will be checking in with you each week via our Facebook community and I will be able to provide direct support, guidance, mentoring and feedback.

You will also be able to submit questions for direct support in our monthly Live Group Coaching Calls.

If you want 1:1 coaching with me, you will have the option of purchasing the VIP option which includes a 60 minute private coaching session (held via Skype) to be used at any time through the program.
