In the pre-work, we will explore the core guiding principles of being the magnetic woman and you will learn foundational practices, rituals and tools for working with your magnetism and feminine lifeforce.

Your pre-work will help to lay the foundation and framework for the entire 6 month journey of The Magnetic Woman.
Month One - Awakening and circulating your magnetic feminine life force
In this first month, we will explore how to awaken, cultivate, circulate and channel your feminine lifeforce through your body. Your lifeforce is the key to your creativity, aliveness, radiance, receptivity and magnetism as a woman.
You will learn the felt-quality of your magnetic life force, work with practices to activate this energy inside your body and access new levels of aliveness, radiance and nourishment. You will come into deeper devotion to your energy, your body, your feminine and being in service to what this energy needs.
This first module will invite you into a slowing down, a deeper attunement to your body, your needs and your felt sense and into practices to awaken, channel, circulate and express your feminine lifeforce so you can gain greater mastery over your energy and what you are creating.
Month Two - Clearing wounding, scarcity and survival patterns for deeper potency, impact and power
This month, we will deepen your awareness of how you are leaking or running your lifeforce through wounded patterns. We will look at where your lifeforce is expressing as scarcity and survival and inhibiting your ability to create what you truly want.
We will look at the quality of your nervous system and reprogram you out of grasping, chasing, need, limitation, lack and desperation and into ease, abundance, overflow and magnetism. We will explore the subtleties to feel the space you are moving from and clean up patterns that are weakening your magnetism.
You will come to know the difference between 'getting' and truly receiving and you will know how to self-source your wholeness so you can create and move from overflow.
Month Three - Unlocking kundalini, creative and sexual energy for greater pleasure, aliveness and magnetism
A woman’s feminine life force flows through her as creative energy, sexual energy, aliveness and magnetic energy.
This month we will descend deeper into your body, womb space, pelvis, yoni and feminine root to awaken the flow of your kundalini, creative, sexual and magnetic energy. We will explore powerful tantric practices and connect with your womb energy to support you in receiving, holding and birthing your creations.
This will be an activating month of learning how to hold and circulate more energy through your body, deepen your capacity for pleasure and open the flow of abundance. We will work with your sexual energy - a healing and potent energy of creation to move energy through your system and activate your magnetism.
Month Four - The magnetic woman in her relationships, intimacy and love
This month, we explore the area of relationships, intimacy, polarity, masculine/feminine energetics, inner union, receiving and magnetism in the realm of relationships.
We will clean up wounded patterns such as need, grasping, control, self-protection, manipulation, emasculation, victim energy and the damsel wanting to be rescued and you will begin to move as the magnetic woman in how you relate.
We will cover relationships with the masculine, how to evoke more of his masculine energy and leadership, artful ways to communicate your needs and desires, and how to bring more of your feminine energy to your current or desired partnerships. We will examine the union of your inner masculine and feminine energies and bring this into harmony so it becomes reflected in the relationships around you.
Month Five - The magnetic woman in her business, creative work and soul purpose
The magnetic woman is here to channel her life force into creation. She is here to feel, receive and birth what wants to be created through her and channel this into her work in the world.
This month, we will look at the area of your work, career, business and soul purpose. We will unravel the places where the mind, fear, limiting beliefs, old conditioning, hustling, should, pushing and obligation are blocking your magnetic transmission.
We will work with masculine and feminine energies and flow vs structure. We will work with your womb energy to hold, incubate and birth your visions, desires and creations. We will open your channel, amplify your creativity and expression and gain clarity on what work you are here to offer so you can get on purpose and become magnetic doing your soul work.
Month Six - The magnetic woman in her money, finances, and abundance
Changing our relationship with money invites us to look at our nervous system capacity, our relationship to resource, our worthiness to receive and our ability to hold and alchemise sensations in our body.
This month, we will look at the wounding, scarcity patterns, limiting beliefs and patterns that are blocking you from calling in, receiving and holding money. Money has both feminine and masculine energies and we will explore both of these sides and elements around your relationship to money.
As you expand your capacity to hold and circulate energy through working with your feminine lifeforce, you expand your capacity to hold and circulate greater amounts of pleasure, goodness, abundance, money and wealth. This month we will explore your desires around money and use your magnetism to call that in.
