Your Pre-Program Intention Setting Workbook is full of questions, activities and starting steps to begin your Slow Down & Tune In journey. In this workbook, you will be able to map out your intentions for the course and set up some supporting beginning practices to get your journey started.

2. WORK THROUGH YOUR BONUSES

On the bonuses page, you will find some beginning resources that you can begin to work through to get your journey started.

These resources include a guided meditation and a journaling ebook to support you in setting up these practices in your life.

3. CHOOSE YOUR STARTING PRACTICES

In your Intention Setting Workbook, I share 4 beginning practices for you to work through. These include developing a meditation practise, journaling, creating a morning routine and setting up a sacred space.

You may like to choose one of these practices to focus on as a starting point, and work on creating a new habit or ritual around it. Or, you may like to focus on more than one and even integrate them all together. You can do this in whatever way feels best to you, but I encourage you to choose at least one practise to begin focusing on and working with.
