3. CHOOSE YOUR STARTING PRACTICES
In your Intention Setting Workbook, I share 4 beginning practices for you to work through. These include developing a meditation practise, journaling, creating a morning routine and setting up a sacred space.
You may like to choose one of these practices to focus on as a starting point, and work on creating a new habit or ritual around it. Or, you may like to focus on more than one and even integrate them all together. You can do this in whatever way feels best to you, but I encourage you to choose at least one practise to begin focusing on and working with.
