It allows you to be the source of the wisdom you seek, and come back into your point of power where you are in tune with your inner voice and able to hear your personal truth.


Hi, I'm Connie.

My personal journaling practice began when I was only 12 years old,  as a simple way to express and my thoughts and feelings, but over the past 20+ years, it has evolved into a deeply healing practice that is now cornerstone of my self-care routine.

In my teens and 20's journaling supported me through many challenges. I used it to process my emotions, work through heartbreak, release stress and show love and care for myself.

But it was when I was 27, that it shifted to a whole new level.

I was at a place in my life where I was miserable. I felt stuck in a job that didn't light me up, I was confused about what I wanted out of life, and my days felt joyless and empty.

So, each night I would turn to my journal for support, and as I did, new and powerful insights began to flow through.

Each night as I wrote, I found my mind filled with new dreams and ideas. I began to re-connect with my passions, what I loved and what made me happy. I began tuning into my heart and intuition and allowing it's wisdom to flow out onto the page. I dug deep to find my true, authentic self and as I did a new vision for my life began to form.

On one hand I felt inspired and excited but I also had so much fear arising, so I used my journal to work through it, and I  continued tuning in deeper to ask my heart for guidance on what to do.

The wisdom in my journal continued to flow through as small action steps, insights and ideas, and I have spent the past 8 years following it step by step.

The beautiful guidance that has appeared in my journal over this time, has led me to where I am now - running an international life coaching practise, doing what I love every day and quite literally living my dream life.
