WELCOME TO MODULE TWO

 In this module, you will learn to tune in and create inner change by shifting your emotional state, feeling your feelings, connecting with your body and it's wisdom, and healing your relationship with yourself.

MODULE TWO INCLUDES:

Week 1: Finding Happiness & Peace Within

Week 3: Build A Loving Relationship With Yourself

Week 4: Reflection & Integration

GROUP COACHING CALLS:

Call Three: Thursday 25th October, at 8am (AEDT)

Call Four: Thursday 8th November, at 8am (AEDT)

These will be hosted in our Facebook community, and the recordings will be available on the members website to re-watch.

As you are working through the course material please submit any questions you would like covered on the calls. Email them to [email protected], or post them in the Facebook group. All questions will be kept anonymous.

If you cannot attend the call at the time it runs live, your question will still be answered and the video replay will be available in our Facebook group immediately after the call.

WEEK 5: FINDING HAPPINESS & PEACE WITHIN

In this class, we cover:

+ The keys to creating lasting happiness and inner peace.
+ How to get back in charge of your emotions so that external events have less power over how you feel.
+ The importance of releasing your need for external change, and instead focusing on creating change from within.
+ The healing power of practising acceptance and allowing.
+ Powerful practices to help you create inner shifts to how you feel.
+ Why you need to break out of 'doing-mode' and focus more on who you are being.

WEEK 6: BODY WISDOM & HEALING THROUGH FEELING

In this class, we cover:

+ How to create a deeper, and more loving connection with your body.
+ The power and importance of embodiment, and fully inhabiting your body.
+ The various ways your body is trying to communicate with you.
+ How to access your body wisdom, and use it to hear your inner guidance and make decisions.
+ Why healing happens through feeling, and why you must let yourself fully feel.
+ How to process big or uncomfortable emotions and feelings.

WEEK 7: BUILD A LOVING RELATIONSHIP WITH YOURSELF

In this class, we cover:

+ What it means to practise self-love.
+ How to build a loving, trusting, strong, empowered and connected relationship with yourself.
+ The patterns blocking you feeling love, including searching for love outside yourself, or witholding love from yourself.
+ How to fill yourself up from within and become the source of the love you seek.
+ The power of becoming in tune with your own wants, needs and desires so that you can meet them.
+ How to get clear on your 'self-care pillars', so you can take the very best care of yourself.

WEEK 8: REFLECTION & INTEGRATION

In this class, we cover:

+ Reflective questions to help you integrate what you have started learning and practising since the course commenced.
+ The tools, practices or principles which have been supporting you most deeply, and what you would like to continue implementing.
+ Questions to help you see what shifts or changes you have made so far, so that you can acknowledge your progress.
+ The areas where you may be getting stuck, holding back or not showing up in the way you desire, and the changes you now want to make to help you move forward.
