Lean Into Your Discomfort & Embrace What Triggers You (Video)

In this recent live, I explored the tendency that many of us have to close off and shut down when we feel triggered or when something makes us uncomfortable.⁣ ⁣

But what if rather than pulling back and avoiding, we opened up our hearts and leaned in instead?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Because the situations that trigger the greatest discomfort within us, also hold the greatest opportunities for growth, and when we close down, shut off or try to avoid them we miss what they are here to show us about ourselves.⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Right now, situations and people in our lives are pushing the buttons of our unresolved ‘stuff’ so that it can come up to the surface to be cleared and released.⁣ ⁣ They are actually helping to set us free.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

While it may feel uncomfortable, they are giving us the opportunity to make a powerful choice — stay stuck in our old patterns or rise above them and grow into new ways of being.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

When are willing to stay present, keep our heart open, not go into victim mode and simply allow ourselves to fully feel what has been activated within us, we can flow with the growth we are being called into.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
