When We Get Triggered By Other Women (AR #107)

In this video, I dive into comparison, envy and feeling triggered by other women.⁣ ⁣ I explore why we can sometimes feel triggered when we see a woman expressing the fullness of herself, her feminine essence or her power. ⁣ ⁣

I share my past experiences of previously feeling uncomfortable seeing women dance, show their body and express their sensuality or sexuality and how I was able to heal this so I too could express myself fully.⁣ ⁣

The key in transforming our triggers lies in our self-inquiry and in getting curious to what is being activated in us.⁣ ⁣So much of this is about reclaiming parts of ourselves that we have judged, denied, disconnected from and repressed. ⁣ ⁣

When we can accept and embrace all parts of us and fully claim what we want, other women will no longer trigger us but will serve as powerful expanders who can help us rise.⁣
